Pros: FinancialForce has a whole suite of tools, but we've looked at them specifically for their PSA - for capacity planning and scheduling work. This tool is native to the Salesforce platform, so data is tightly integrated from sale all the way through fulfillment.
Cons: FinancialForce, being Salesforce-native, has a bit more of a clunky UI than some of its competitors, such as Mavenlink.
Sync your data to Salesforce and track your team as they move work forward. Set goals for timelines, response/cycle times, work in progress, and more. Any process, any object in Salesforce.
